Maybe a few of these "robbers" need to be shot and their bodies dumped in
the sea. Their are ways to protect yourself in Roatan. The first thing is to
quit accepting getting robbed. I had a friend who had a bar and restaurant
in Costa Rica. He was told not to buy this place because of the people
stealing and crime. He had a few people steal from him and he used the above
referenced solution. Once it got around that he was a crazy American with a gun
who would not put up with thieves, guess what, it stopped. He is their now,
has the same business, and is respected in the community.

A meeting after a few houses get broken into or someone is beat on the head
for a few buck is to little to late. Their is strength in numbers. Everyone
who is foreign that owns property or has a business should join some type of
organization and make it simple to these third world Hitlers.
