Thank you, Phil. I, too, am a resident here and land owner who had no problem buying my land, business or home. I used to be an impatient person and people told me, "if you don't like it here, then leave." There you go, Mr. Anonymous. Work with people here, not against them. I am tired of reading this crap too.
