The letter indicates the format and information required when travelling with non custodial children. This letter is completed by the legal custodians of the children and notarized in front of a lawyer. The basic info is I/We (names of legal custodians of the children) give permission for ___(persons accompanying the children) to take _____________ (name of child) to ___ (place travelling to) for the period of _________ (specific dates). I think they also require an address of where you will be staying on your journey. The kids of course also need the appropriate identification/passport. If you don't find the sample letter on the airline's website - try your customs and immigration website. Hope this helps - we have never had a problem travelling with our grandkids.
