    Todd,

We have taken two of our grandchildren to Roatan, and we were told that
we needed notorized written consent from their parents to take them to
another country, plus their passports. The first grandaughter we took we had a
notorized consent form from her parents, and no one ever looked or asked for it.
When we brought our second grandson we just had his passport and didn't
bother with the notorized consent form and never needed it. So all we have ever
neede is their passports. They were both 12 years old when we brought them,
so I'm not sure what you need if they are younger, but to be safe I would
get a notorized consent form. It's easy just have the mother write a consent
form and have it notorized at her bank.
