There are (at least) three marinas on Roatan, all on the South side and none very close to West End. I suggest you contact them directly.

There is also marinas at Brick Bay and Oak Ridge but I can't find any web info for them.
Last year the yacht club was the cheapest, barefoot cay the newest and nicest, and fantasy island the most expensive.
