Hello Eric- There really is not enough information in your post to answer the question properly. Here everything is based on purchase price of the property which is omitted. This includes fees, attorney costs and registration.
Also, starting January of this year many fees went down but the two municipals on the island have different fee structures due to the catastral survey.
Bottom line is it depends on the price, where it is on the island and when the sale was done and registered.
