    --- I think that if you are just visiting, you should know enough to
    be very aware, as you would be anywhere in the world you would
    visit..it takes a long time to ingratiate yourself to local
    environment, I stayed in roatan for a month and kept a low profile,
    as I do anyhwhere I travel, and found it very enjoyable and safe,
    from the people to the dogs, which you learn to negotiate and if you
    don't...you should not expect anything. This is not all inclusive,
    and who wants to go that way?
