    I cannot disagree any more. If you look at the list over the past
    few weeks, posts on this topic have easily dominated the board.
    This list is clearly VERY interested in the topic and for a variety
    of reasons. Disagreement is OK as long as it's not abusive. Isn't
    that the purpose of such a bulletin board... to discuss a mutual
    interest?

    Personally, I find it EXTREMELY interesting as a potential
    investor. It makes complete sense to me that as population grows,
    issues like this arise as the local infrasturcture must grow to
    cope. My interest is precisely the HOW WELL the coping is going.
    I don't appreciate the locals trying to conceal it. I want
    information with the full knowledge that it's not always good.
    That's life.
