I was going to stay out but I believe people should have all the facts for any decision they may make especially if it's to live somewhere. I do agree 100% that the types/amount of crime in Roatan is no where near any city in the good old USA. So I don't think a discussion about the 'petty' crimes/theft in Roatan should be a deterrent to anyone wanting to vacation there or live there. It just makes everyone aware of the 'whole' picture.
