There is no regularly scheduled transport between Roatan and Utila.
Thus, you can fly to Ceiba and back to utila/Roatan, or vice versa. Same with the ferries. You can pay someone with a boat to take you, but it will need to be a) extremely calm, or b) a good sized boat, as it is a rough passage between the islands. There is a charter plane service that will take you between the islands, reasonably priced, but a bit more than the bounce through Ceiba. contact at skatesrobert.....com
