Bob...since you are in Arizona and can't drop by and pick up a copy of Jackson's book on Roatan, why not "google" the publisher, get their e-mail address, and order yourself a copy? It was published back in August 2003 under the title: "And the Sea Shall Hide Them", by William Jackson. The publisher is Gardenia Press ISBN #: 0972930434 277 pages, 9 b&w photos with 3 maps $12.95/copy Having some recent experience along these lines my guess is that since Amazon.Com seldom pays the author enough per copy to even cover production costs, and on top of that demands that the author mail (and pay postage) the book to them in Kentucky, that the author decided to just simply withdraw availability of his work from them and make a few dollars for all his time and energy. I got the above info regarding publisher from Ken Molberg who was kind enough to send it to me when I had roughly the same question. New novel on Roatan in the making as we speak..."Red at Dawn"...should be ready for publication in the late Fall...perhaps October. Will be much shorter than "The Judas Bird", and will focus upon the raw old days of island life in the early 1700s. Wish me luck!
