    i have been off the web & devoting most of my time to
    my biz. i have a younger man i am training to manage
    and operate the small construction monitering and
    reporting firm that i estabalished 10 years ago.i did
    not realize that teaching was so difficult and
    stressfull to both teacher and student.needless to say
    i have found a new respect for teachers. how are the
