some of the restaurants do add a 10% service charge on to the check, but others only add the 12% goverment tax. the norm is 10 to 15 % of your bill. if you have great srvice, then leave a great tip as salarys for workers are very low on the island and in the whole country. dian/dian's garden of eat'n ____ Yahoo!
