Tricia, you're great! Bite on the beach is a good restaurant - and so are many others that I didn't mention. I spoke with the owner of the restaurant (her name escapes me) and she was a delightful person. I met her mom as well who runs the West Bay Lodge. One thing I'll say without a doubt is that Roatan has a diverse collection of **awesome** restaurants for visitors. As a tourist, you will not starve! Speaking of food...I thought I saw what looked like a Chinese restaurant going on off the main road in the Coxen Hole area. Did I imagine it or was it real?

Jeff fleetingly mentioned Bite on the Beach rest. as a means to get to Las Rocas when it should have been mentioned as the best place in WestBay to eat.The food is excellent, the view is spectacular and the owners are great too.the wait staff has been with the family since they bought it 3 yrs ago.Bite on the Beach rest. is filled each nite with re-peat business which in my opinion speaks volumes about a place.Try it while your there.Bon Appetite.Tricia Louisiana(seafood expert) On Apr 12, 2005, at 5:38 AM, roatan.....com wrote:
