Good to hear. I think I am one of the few people that thinks a golf course is a good idea for the island. Is there a website for the project? Richard (Dick), I just spoke with the developer and of course this is absolutely not true regarding the Viva-Wyndham project. They are planning on breaking ground in 2 weeks and he is in the process of moving so he can get back and forth from the states to Roatan easier. Rumors start for various reasons and one may be that there was a company that wanted to market this project but they wanted way too much money and the developer said "no". He said there could be other reasons but he does not know for sure but did reassure that there is absolutely no truth to this rumor. Thank you for letting us know about this.
