Touche on Frank's Le Bistro. Excellent food in a great Roatan Rustic Restaurant. Been there a lot and the food and service has never been compremised. Congrats to Frank and Michael for bringing us Spring Rolls, Crispy Noodles and lots and lots of other delights. Try it, but please leave room for me and about 40+ other regulars!!!
On the Chinese in Coxen Hole, haven't been so can't personally comment. Have had friends who have, and I'll leave it at that.
Good eating.
