My husband and I have visited Roatan twice, first on a cruise and then on our own. We have looked at several properties, and were presented with some condominium options, which have great appeal to us, due to security,maintenance, and other worries of owning a house, We are concerned about investing in a condominium before construction and wonder if the condo rules are generally the same as in the states?We would appreciate any advice,pros or cons , on condominium investing in Roatan, from some one who has done it. Seems to be alot of realtors and developers. Are there any we need to particlarly watch out for or maybe suggestions without offending anyone? Appreciate your time, Karen Douglas ____ Yahoo!
