The Best? I think this is a poor Idea to have a list with "The Best" of anything. There are too many variables. Is a place better if it has good a/c, better if service is fast, better if it is more expensive or less expensive? I think that mentioning places that you personally enjoy and keeping thing simple is "the best" way to go. We all know Dians is great and now Franks seems to be a hit but there are many places that are very good. The people living on Roatan know where they like and can always try a new place now and then, posting a "best" could certainly cause many fine places to lose tourist business. Example, there is a place in west end that often has some very good, in my opinion, lobster and shrimp tortilla rolls for under 10 dollars for 2 or three. Not the fastest service sometimes, not air conditioned, but good food and a good price. At times a place like that would be "the best" for a group wanting a relatively quick simple meal. Many people like the Steak place on the hill in Sandy Bay, myself included, a great atmosphere and very good food, also more expensive then many, is it the best?
