No offense taken, and no lawyer contacted, just terrific food eaten in lots of corners of Roatan. Hope to try some restaurants in Guanaja and Utila in coming months too. BTW - Bonsai in SPS is terrifc too for Sushi. As far as the Taste of Roatan, I believe that it will return next year. Best to all.
