Found a very good solution to wet salt & soggy crackers. It's called a
Brisker. It looks like a bread keeper and plugs in and has a small heating
unit so it keeps everything inside nice and dry. You can sometimes find
them in the Chef's catalog or you can call the company at 1-800-507-5075 and
find out where to get them. They are around $50 for the small one & $60 for
the larger one. I've had it about 5 years here on Roatan and really love
    it.
