What we always do, if mixed in with the salt, (like in shakers etc.) is to have some of a type of "Instant" rice. like up here in the states, "Minute Rice" it always absorbs any moisture and the salt stays free flowing no matter how humid it ever gets.
Never tried it on Bread,, (it's usually not around long enough.
