Vigilante justice needs to be the form on Roatan. If the police can't protect their own people do you actually think they give a damn about foreign tourists or business owners. This has gone on long enough and now it has turned into murder. A murder of a child for a few Limps. The Honduran government have let this situation go because its only the "rich" foreigneers getting robbed or hurt. But now they see what happens when they allow the criminal element destroy the island. All the talk will do nothing unless the people who live their have guts enough to defend themselves from these criminals. Honduran Laws are set up for you to be a victim.
