I reviewed the website "vivawyndhamroatan.com" and noticed that the site claims that title insurance "will be provided by" Stewart Title Insurance. I contacted Stewart Title Insurance, and was told by them that they are not providing title insurance for this project. I also searched the entire oficial Wyndham website and can find no mention of this project, not even on among the press releases.
