If you get bitten by sea lice,keep a handy supply of meat tenderizer or vinegar at your disposal.This remedy neutralizes the sting.You must rinse first in fresh water and then apply one or the other .It is an old stand by in Key West Florida.Its cheap and really works,however I would bring the meat tenderizer from the states since it may be hard to come by on the island.
