Hi Group, Anyone out there looking to rent their houses / condos / villas / shacks / mobile homes on a long term basis? We have been getting so many requests for mid and long term rentals that we are looking to start a section on the TropicalREZ website for long-term rentals... That is, if we can find any! If you have a long-term rental, or are considering renting your home for mid or long-term (from 4 months), please could you contact us offline, at info.....com, with the minimum / maximum amount of time you want it rented for and the rate per month. I know that we can all make more money on short-term vacation rentals, but sometimes it pays to rent out your home for the slow season and get a regular income to supplement that high-season rental frenzy.
