Hi Mirtha!
Probably the 'disneyland' type parks with packages refer to Coral Cay which opened near French Harbour a few months ago. I picked up a brochure at a hotel in Tegus recently and it was advertising Coral Cay with packages which could include snorkeling or not. And maybe a boat ride or not, but that was the extent of it. I have not been there; only seen the turnoff from the road. It is termed a marine life park. Another new place is Gumbalimba Park which is in West Bay, and it advertises tropical birds, monkeys, swinging bridge and I think the canopy ride is there, along with restaurant and bar. Roatan is attracting many tourists these days, and there are many efforts here to catch the tourists' business. It has come a long way, but not yet 'disneyland' dimensions.
When you return to Honduras, be sure to visit the Bay Islands.
