I want to take exception to Jim and Sandi statement the more money you have you don't have to follow the laws. Please explain because I follow the laws and everyone I know down there that has money follows the law. This statement sounds like a political statement not the truth. This shooting sounds like a tragic and very senseless and stupid act on both parts including shooting out a tire. My suggestion is to get local people as police and better trained people. Quit bringing the mainland police over and train locals that can speak both Spanish and English.
