Hi, Jen. We just returned from a week at Foster's West Bay and loved it. We stayed in the upstairs Roundhouse Cabana for $560/week. It was an apartment style room with a small kitchenette and fridge, which was nice to have if you don't like to eat all your meals out. It had a hammock and huge wrap around porch with a table to eat outside. We dove with Bananarama which I would highly recommend if you are a diver. They had awesome divemasters and big boat. Among the divers on our boat were guests from Banamarama Resort, and they said the resort was really nice as well. I think either choice of accomodations you will be happy. Foster's is on the quiet part of West Bay, which was another plus (there is an Italian resort down the beach that plays loud music all the time). We will definitely stay at Foster's again. Hope that helps! Oh yeah, and definitely two places to check out is Bite on the Beach and Dian's Garden of Eat'n. Bite on the Beach is right next to Foster's and Dian's is definitely worth the short water taxi ride to West End. Dian is an incredible cook and great host--the food is to die for. A good, cheap happy hour can be found at Sundowners in West End--good place to start before dinner at Dian's!
