Good afternoon all... I am forwarding to you a message we just received from Joe Brown of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill regarding sanitation and water. If you can be of help, please e- mail Joe at joebrown.....unc.edu ... thanks, Marco Message from Joe: I am working with a North Carolina-based mission group that is planning a sanitation project in Honduras. While they have experience working there, they lack practical, on-the-ground expertise for researching sanitation options, matching needs and options, and implementation in Honduras. They are looking seriously at VIP latrines and are thinking of doing a pilot project this year to evaluate the practicality of these in a rural village. If you have any experience with rural sanitation projects in Honduras, I would very much like to be in touch with you! Thanks very much. It would help our efforts tremendously - we don't want to repeat past mistakes!
