Don, Not true??? here is the link for the official Wyndham website http://www.wyndham.com/ try and find a mention of this project. None of the previuosly posted websites had anything to do with Wyndham. They are marketing sites. The truth is that this project is not associated, in any way, with Viva Wyndham resorts. They are only making it appear that it is. Also the two companies mentioned as providing title insurnace are not currently providing any tilte insurance. Email them and confirm. Stewart title insurance, mentioned on the marketitng websites, told me to proceed with caution, as the developer did not have title to the property, at the time of the communication with me. Perhaps that has now changed? Does anyone have accurate info on this project? Thanks, Jack > Not true.
