As I understand it Wyndham is in the buisness of running resorts not building them. The developer builds and markets the resort, Wyndham apparently makes their money on the operation of the resort not on sales of condo units. Knowing that I assume they would not use their web site to document progress on a project that is not yet under their control, let alone barely underway.
