Yes , I am willing to help. I have lived on the island for some time and have a vested interest in working in the community. I have writtem to the state dept. requesting info on civpol. I have also looked at site s for surplus and used police equipment. I know Joe Solomon very well and Captian Barahona, Both men seem very sincere in trying to make things better. please let us know how we may assist you.
