    Yeah, Sandy, you said it right...everyone should read this answer to "what
    to do" and DO IT. Canaturh is a group, as Sandy says so well below, that
    has been doing, (they just end up trying, occasionally) and addressing the
    islands needs for quite awhile.

    So go to a meeting and contribute THERE...that's where the work can start
    getting done , and it will. This is a community of people, so let's work
    together AS a community...positve action brings positive results.
