Hi, Dave. We also have a lot in Camp Bay and were in Roatan in June. We were able to pay this year's taxes as well as the next 4 years (thru 2009). We went personally to the office in Oak Ridge, so I know for a fact you can do this. And yes, we have a receipt showing all taxes paid thru 2009. Mike Bracewell was kind enough to offer this advice to us and help us out (thank you again, Mike, if you are reading this), so hopefully passing this info along to you and everyone else in the group will be helpful also. We weren't sure how often we would be in Roatan and didn't want to have to rely on anybody to pay our taxes for us. Needless to say, it wasn't much out of our pocket to pay 5 years in taxes, not even a FRACTION of our annual tax bill here in the US. It was well worth it to take a little extra cash to get that out of the way. I don't have the paperwork in front of me, but if you'd like to email offline, I can give you an exact total amount we paid to give you an idea of how much to bring since we are both in the same municipality. Also, our taxes were due in December 2004 or January 2005 I believe, and we did not have any penalties or late fees when we paid last month. Hope this helps! Chrissie Bowen
