Hi Charlie, Thanks for your nice comments about our website. Yes, anyone can join as stated on the website. The Institute has done a massive advance advertising abroad in El Salvador and the rest of Central America and the Caribbean before doing it here in Honduras. In Honduras, it started two weeks ago where all the media have been doing full blast advertising now. I was not aware that the SunJam in Utila was on the same days. When I was in El Salvador last week, it was announced that the Sun Jam was the end of July as advertised on posters. The island is pretty much sold out. A few private homes are still available and going fast. My cell phone has been ringing a lot with inquiries about lodging for the Carib Fest. I had to send everyone to TropicalREZ since they are the official Carib Fest reservations center.
