Are you guys kidding me? Do you really like sloshing through the MUD from November to Feburary? AND the DUST for the rest of the year? Are you proud when the tourists fall down because the road is so rough that it's almost impossable to walk? Remember last year when volinteers had to get out there with shovels to fill the massive potholes, because you could't even drive down that road with out getting stuck? The road needs the improvement; BUT with real drainage, and paved with sand colored pavers, like the airport parking lot. This will help bring West End into the -20th- Century. Most Carribean islands, even the off the path islands, have improved their roads in a like fashon. It'll still look rustic and beachy, but will be much more user freindly.
