Jenifer - You will find as good a list as any of West Bay locations at Roatanet.com which includes (down on the left side of the index) a side by side hotel comparisons section. The Roatan Chamber of Tourism site (http://www.canaturh-bayislands.org/) says that rainy season runs October through January, same as for us in La Ceiba. Have fun!!!
