We stayed at Foster's in June and loved it, especially for the price. It is on the quiet end of West Bay Beach, so you won't be bothered much by visitors from the cruise ships that come in. I have never stayed at either BIBR or Island Pearl (both look very nice), so I'm just offering my 2 cents on Foster's. We liked it so much we are planning a group trip back to Foster's next year. The restaurants in West End are easily accessible by water taxi from West Bay. Be sure to check out Dian's Garden of Eat'n in West End. Bite on the Beach is a really good restaurant in West Bay, and it is just steps from Foster's--Foster's has good food as well.
