This Wyndham project is a local timeshare type development. Wyndham may have leased the name but be assured, wyndham is not in the business of building Condo communities in third world countries. BUT, Are they Condos? not when as an "OWNER" you can only stay there 6 weeks a year and have to pay a meal plan. This is just another timeshare attempt.
