My daughter is renting a 2 bedroom house on Sandy Bay. She is looking for someone to rent the 2nd bedroom. The house is right on the beach, next to an internet café and has easy access to West End as well as Coxen Hole. The room is in a small but clean house, and a bathroom would be shared. It is a house filled with character and charm. Rent is $150.00 per month and utilities (including cable) run about 450 limpiras per month.
