Debra, You can buy a ticket through Islania. I bought it from Utila to Belize City. The only bad part about it was that they told me it was direct which really surprised me then we went from Utila to Ceiba to San Pedro to Belize City, then I was no longer surprised, but tired. After you get to Belize City if you are on a budget walk just out the gates of the airport and there is a bus into the city for a fraction of the cost of a taxi from the airport. Be careful it is not a super safe city.
