I also brought my T-mobile phone this summer which was a palm TREO and had
no problems. It did not have reception on the far east end of the island
Camp Bay but could pick up from Wilkes point on ,which hey after no service
I thought was great. I to decided to roam with megatel at 1.00 a min.I
remember when a 1.00 a min was cheap to phone the states.I also received and
sent text messages for 035 a message and had no problems.I did not try to
hook up to the internet.Just my .02 worth. It does seem for those of us who
have waited things have changed :) I remember when everyone had radios in
    the cars:) .
