In my opinion, the best way to do it is call your cell phone company and ask them for the unlock code for your phone. They should send it to you within 24 hours. Once you have that code you can buy a new SIM card in Honduras for 500 limps and put it in your phone and punch in the unlock code and you will have a local Honduras cell phone.
