Dave: In June I bought phone cards for 200 Lemps each. I think they had 100 minutes each, but could be mistaken. Obviously the more minutes they have the more thy will cost. Yoyu do NOT have to pay a monthly fee, but if you are away for sdeveral months., you will have to pay a reactivation fee...not all that much.
