HELP WANTED - Kitchen Manager, Utila Popular cafe in Utila seeking night kitchen manager. Must have at least 1 year of restaurant kitchen management experience, be able to act as lead cook, and generally oversee the kitchen operation, from employee supervision to ordering of supplies. Must speak English; a basic working knowledge of Spanish is also highly preferred. No drug or alcohol abuse problems! This could be a seasonal or long term position, depending on the applicant. Most of your days will be free for diving or otherwise enjoying the Utila lifestyle.
