Dear Charlie, i am quite sure it will effect water clarity. But on the other hand. November is rainy Season at the Bay islands: http://www.aboututila.com/TouristInfo/Weather.htm. So if you go on vacation in November you should always consider that compared to let´s say may or june their will be less clarity in November for sure.
