Hey Johhnyfl, What amazes me is that you don't give the people that are asking some of these questions and the people answering some of these questions the benefit of the doubt. Who are you to assume they haven't talk to their physician? Maybe they're just doing their homework and covering all angles. I've obtain some very helpful and informative information from some very educated/experienced members of this site.My use and purpose of this site is " INFORMATION " pertaining to life on The Bay Islands. All types. Hearing from people that have been there, are there, done that, etc. After all I believe all members are adults and I haven't read a post from anyone asking for parenting advise. Your post sounded like you were talking down to the group. The malarial thing should be discussed with a Dr. knowledgeable in both Malaria as well as the medical history of the person asking about it. To suggest that someone take or not take any meds while not knowing their history and other factors is just irresponsible. Please, do not continue this type of medical advise.
