just a note to all who have offered help and have sent get well wishes. it IS appreciated . what i need is a real licensed pt--who speaks english--and helpful if someone who has some hand/arm experience as this rehab is NOT gonna be an easy one. am meeting with my pt here tomorrow to get a better feel for the long term rehab program i will need. mostly i'll need some one to move around my recently fractured and dislocated elbow to keep it from freezing up--without re-dislocating it (this is the tuff part and it takes 3 hands to do--i only have one at this point) and to work with me on simple hand rehab excercises on the broken wrist. honestly i doubt what i need is to be found on roatan--but i still wanted to give it a try 'cause ya just never know--and i wanna come home!!!! again anyone who can help please write me!!
