    There is more to that story than anyone will ever know. Did you know that the mayor provided the equipment to dig out the hill? Free of charge too! And, what happened to the clay? Seems to me that *someone* made some cash on that whole deal but no one will admit it.

    For the record, the board governing that orphanage did not approve the digging out of the hill and the on-site director proceeded anyway. It cost them over 200,000 to build the retaining wall which will prevent the house from sliding down the hill. I have always suspected that the director and the mayor both made some cash on that deal while the orphanage board was left to foot the bill for the retaining wall.
