We live full-time in Germany, and were very apprehensive about employing someone whom we would not be able to visually check from time to time. Kevin calmed our fears, made sure he understood exactly what we wanted, and fulfilled our expectations above and beyond. We had an upper second floor built in to a cabana at Sundancer in Sandy Bay, and also had an upper deck constructed. A significant upgrade in electrical service was called for, since we wanted all bedrooms to be air-conditioned. Kevin contracted and personally supervised all the appropriate individuals, and our construction was completed on time and for as much as what he said it would cost. A friend of mine checked the work after completion, and he remarked that the entire project was completed with "a cabinet maker's precision, not just that of a carpenter". Seek Kevin out.
